Jack Coupe & Sons – trading as Coupeline – is a trusted name in road marking, line removal, high-friction surfacing, road stud replacement, and thermoplastic material manufacturing. We deliver projects for local authorities, highways agencies, and private sector clients across the UK.
We are looking for a Contracts Manager to supervise the delivery of several road marking contracts, ensuring projects for both public sector frameworks and private developments are finished on time, within budget, and meet high standards.
We also welcome Graduate Civil Engineers or Contract Supervisors ready to step up into management. If you have the right technical background and ambition, we will provide the training and career path to get you there.

THE ROLE

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of road marking contracts for a variety of clients, including local authorities, principal contractors, and private organisations. This is a role for someone who enjoys a mix of site visits, client meetings, and operational oversight, ensuring projects run smoothly from contract award to final sign-off.

KEY DUTIES:

• Manage multiple public and private sector contracts from mobilisation to completion.
• Oversee project planning, resource scheduling, and operational delivery.
• Ensure compliance with BS 1871 standards and all relevant Health & Safety legislation.
• Act as the key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
• Mentor and support supervisors, foremen, and site crews.
