FINANCIAL & PROCUREMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage budgets for allocated contracts (£10k–£3m).
Lead procurement activities in line with corporate policy.

STRATEGIC & ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

Assist in business planning and policy development.
Support audits and implement recommendations.
Use IT systems to enhance service delivery and reporting.

BUILDING & HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all works comply with specifications, legislation, and best practices.
Monitor contractor safety and liaise with the Centre’s H&S team.
