We are looking for an experienced leader for our new post as Contract Manager within our Glasgow WAYFinder service.
As Contract Manager you will oversee The Salvation Army’s WAYFinder services, which will provide support to people at risk of/ or experiencing homelessness.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will provide overall leadership, support and development of the operational, business and programme aspects of the Salvation Army’s WAYFinder Services. They will also support the Area Operations Manager to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations for the services. The Contract Manager will be directly responsible for ensuring that the mission of The Salvation Army underpins all activities and aspects of the respective service programme. This will include the development of a competent and effective workforce delivering value for money for both individuals and our local authority partners and ensuring a high percentage of those we support experience positive outcomes.
