KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Establishing a platform for enhanced engagement with DFAT, other donors, partner agencies, and other relevant supporters such as corporates and major donors
  • Regular monitoring of field programmatic and financial reporting, with accountability for following up to address issues and build capacity as required
  • Collaboration with key internal stakeholders including counterpart Grant Managers within Program Management and Portfolio Advisors within Field Engagement for effective grant management and coordinated engagement with National Offices
  • Leading or contributing, as required, to the coordination of an aspect of WVA’s overall ANCP Portfolio management
  • Timely and quality submission of all internal and external reporting, including Annual Development Plans, performance and financial reporting, ensuring that reports both meet & where possible, exceed supporter expectations & WVA standards
  • WVA is professionally represented and demonstrates appropriate leadership and collaboration amongst the network of various partners
  • Contribution to the development and refinement of key grant management processes, tools and resources, including, as appropriate, for the ANCP portfolio
  • Deliver growth within the portfolio by working with WVA’s Grant Acquisition team to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within the portfolio
