Position Information
The Houston District Maintenance Office is seeking a motivated, analytical employee to join our team. In this role, you will monitor and support the District the Maintenance Management System and assist the contracts team. You’ll help boost efficiency and accountability by organizing, reporting, and optimizing both planned and completed maintenance work. This position involves leveraging multiple digital platforms, creating reports for maintenance offices and District leadership, and providing training and clear communication across various teams. If you possess strong organizational, technical, and data analysis skills, as well as experience in contracts, process improvement and the ability to communicate and train effectively, we encourage you to apply and become an essential part of the Houston District Maintenance team!
Minimum Salary: 70,000.00 Maximum Salary: 90,000.00

Position Description
Performs highly advanced contract duties in direct support of agency transportation-related programs to include developing, analyzing, evaluating, reviewing, processing, ensuring applicable compliance, inspecting, implementing and monitoring contracts. Work requires extensive contact with governmental officials and private entities. Employees at this level establish their own work plan and priorities to meet set objectives. Issues are rarely referred to the supervisor but are handled at the occurrence.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or related field. Relevant work experience may be substituted for degree on a year per year basis. Substitutions for Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 5 years in contract administration, administrative support, bookkeeping or accounting. Related graduate level education may be substituted for experience on a year per year basis.
