Nordy Photography is looking for a skilled, experienced Real Estate Photographer to join our growing team. This client-facing role focuses on capturing high-quality listing media—no editing required, just shoot and upload. Our shoots typically take place Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5pm, so availability during those hours is important.
You must have reliable transportation and be comfortable driving from location to location. Time management and calendar accuracy are essential—bookings go directly to your Google Calendar, and avoiding double-bookings is a must.
You’ll also need to be an excellent communicator with both our internal team and clients, delivering a friendly, professional experience whether you’re meeting with a top-producing agent or a first-time home seller.
Compensation is per project and varies based on property size, shoot complexity, and products ordered.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of real estate photography experience (Required)
• Portfolio showcasing real estate work (Required)
• Experience with drone photography & Matterport tours (Required)
• Ownership of all equipment listed below (Required)
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and punctuality
• Minimum availability of 2 days/week (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm preferred)
• Strong time management and calendar skills
• Comfortable driving between multiple locations per day
• Ability to upload all files by 8pm on shoot days
• Willingness to follow Nordy’s established processes
