Job title: Contract & Procurement Professional Sector: Oil & Gas Starting date: 20/07/2026 Duration: 12 months Location : Paris – La Défense Status: Residential Language: French & English CONTEXT We are seeking expertise in procurement, governance and strategy to contribute to the Centre-Manche 2 project. Our goal is to define and draft procurement procedures in collaboration with GRP REN/BS&F/BPO (business unit) and TGP (C&P team) teams, ensuring compliance with company governance and regulatory requirements. We aim to acculturate and support project team members in understanding procurement challenges and best practices. Validation of procurement decisions in line with company governance is crucial. Additionally, we require assistance in entering purchase orders into NetSuite and ensuring the archiving of complete and auditable procurement records. Expertise in contract review is needed to ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory constraints, particularly for external studies and services exceeding €50k. Support in contract management, including tracking commitments, preparing necessary documentation for intra-group recharges, service reception, invoice control, and handling discrepancies and disputes, is essential. We also seek proposals for developing specific tools for procurement reporting, incorporating relevant performance indicators. ACTIVITIES We are looking for expertise in procurement governance and strategy for the Centre-Manche 2 project. Contribute to defining and drafting procurement procedures applicable to the project. Acculturate and support project team members in procurement best practices. Ensure validation of procurement decisions in line with company governance. Assist in entering purchase orders into NetSuite and archiving complete procurement records. Review contracts for compliance with project constraints, particularly for external studies and services. Support contract management, including tracking commitments and handling disputes. Propose tools for procurement reporting with relevant performance indicators.
