Texas Health Action (THA) is a community-informed non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to culturally affirming, quality health services in a safe and supportive environment, with expertise in serving LGBTQIA+ people and those impacted by HIV. Texas Health Action (THA) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to meet Kind Clinic’s photo and video production needs for the September 2025 – September 2026. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive bids to ensure all needs are executed with the best value.

The organization welcomes proposals from full-service vendors able to fulfill all production needs through this application, as well as from specialized vendors focused on individual areas of production through the links below.

• Short-Term Brand Photographer Position
• Campaign Photographer/Videographer
• Video Series Videographer/Video Editor

REQUIREMENTS

Vendors can apply by submitting a proposal for the Contract Production Vendor position, including:

• Information about their experience and ability to meet the requirements listed
• References to relevant work that demonstrate their style and quality
• Ideal retainer length (one quarter, multiple quarters, one year, etc.)
• An overall rate for the position that includes rates per project as well as any travel expenses included in the rate
