Description ABOUT THE ROLE Associations International is seeking a highly organized Project Management Contractor to support the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Marketing & Communications team. This short-term contract role will serve as the central coordinator between cross-functional departments and the Marketing & Communications team, ensuring requests are clear, well-documented, and efficiently managed. The Project Management Contractor will oversee project intake, documentation, and tracking, streamlining communication and keeping workflows on schedule. By providing structure and accountability, this role enables the Marketing & Communications team to focus on delivering impactful strategies, campaigns, and communications aligned with ICF’s mission and goals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional marketing requests, gathering requirements and clarifying details Document, track, and prioritize marketing projects to ensure smooth handoffs and timely execution Manage follow-ups with requestors to remove bottlenecks and ensure alignment Use project management tools to streamline workflows, track progress, and provide visibility to stakeholders Maintain organized records, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects Anticipate potential issues, ask the right questions, and ensure all requirements are complete before execution Other duties as assigned Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Strong organizational skills with proven project coordination experience Familiarity with marketing workflows, terminology, and deliverables Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira) Clear and articulate communicator with excellent documentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment WHY JOIN ASSOCIATIONS INTERNATIONAL?
