TO THE POSITION

• You ensure the complete material supply of the production areas, including the workshops, and contact external suppliers, in close coordination with Maintrol in the case of AOG.
• You check and ensure the replenishment of material stocks at the non-TUIfly external stations.
• You are responsible for the operational support and procurement of aircraft spare parts, tracking ongoing shipments worldwide and accelerating the delivery of parts to the workshop or other stations.
• Through active inventory checks, you maintain the reorder levels of all stocks in the warehouses and issue orders for the return of U/S parts to the repair facilities.
• You provide all necessary materials (pre-load) for the DUS line station and participate in meetings to discuss supply shortages.
• Your other tasks include receiving goods, checking incoming goods, proper storage, packaging and shipping of all goods, as well as creating repair orders and monitoring timelines for the HAJ, FRA, MUC and STR stations.

TO YOU

• You have completed vocational training and/or have demonstrable experience in working independently in the field of warehouse logistics.
• In a dynamic team, you work independently and show initiative.
• You are able to prioritize and independently complete assigned tasks in our rapidly changing work environment.
• You are willing to work in two shifts (early/late shift).
• With your aviation background and proven experience in the supply chain, including material procurement and supply, you are ideally prepared.
