Manage meeting rooms and assist with in-room equipment, including wiping/sanitizing tables immediately after use, and collecting, cleaning, and returning cups/glassware used during meetings. Ensure prompt cleaning and tidiness of all client meeting areas, including client washrooms. Handle incoming phone calls, mails, and courier services. Arrange refreshments for visitors or clients. Assist in client events reception and coordination. Organize festive decorations. Organize lunch time and holiday cover. Assist in office administration, departmental coordination, and logistics arrangement, including business travel plan bookings and event coordination. Ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirement Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the banking industry. Experienced in high-end receptionist roles. Polite, courteous, and good service manner. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English communication skills. Well organized, attentive to details, and willing to learn.
