Position Summary Apple Montessori Schools is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment efforts during our peak hiring season from April 1 through September 1. This role will focus primarily on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified educators and support staff to ensure all schools are fully staffed for summer camp as well as the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in high-volume recruitment, particularly in education/childcare. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple locations Partner with school leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs Screen resumes and conduct phone/virtual interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and school leadership Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience Offer letter preparation and onboarding coordination Maintain compliance with state licensing and employment requirements Contract Details Assignment: April 1 – September 1 Full Time- 40 hours per week Compensation: $24-25 per hour This is a temporary contract position and is not benefits-eligible unless otherwise stated. Requirements Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience (education or childcare industry preferred) Proven success in high-volume or seasonal hiring environments Strong sourcing skills (job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Detail-oriented and highly organized Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting teachers, assistant teachers, or school administrators Familiarity with state childcare licensing requirements Experience supporting multi-location organizations
