Description Onsite in Houston, TX - 13101 Almeda Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and engaging diverse talent, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: • Manage corporate and manufacturing [warehouse] recruiting. Full cycle. • Partner with workforce centers for job fairs and hold onsite job fairs and company locations. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings using our in-house candidate database and job boards. • Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Ability to work quickly with a sense of urgency. Long hours may be required during storm season. Qualifications: • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is a great to have! • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume, hourly, and warehouse, and corporate. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously. • High level of discretion and professionalism when managing confidential information. • Strong excel skills and the ability to learn new software systems quickly. Requirements • Previous experience recruiting in the warehouse, oil/gas, hospitality, or closely related industries. • Knowledge of sourcing strategies. • Paylocity is our ATS/HR system. • Contract role for 5-6 months with an opportunity to possibly convert to full time regular. #ZR
