OVERVIEW

First Resonance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Recruiter (Part-Time) to join our growing team. This is a critical part-time role that will play a significant part in scaling our talent acquisition efforts by supporting candidate pipelines for a variety of technical and sales-related roles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a contract or temporary capacity, with a focus on technical and/or sales roles.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior recruitment experience at manufacturing, aerospace, or deep tech companies such as Tesla, SpaceX, Anduril, or similar organizations.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes or experience recruiting for roles within the manufacturing software (MES) industry.
    Location: Remote (with a preference for candidates in the Los Angeles area for occasional in-person collaboration, if desired).
    Commitment: Part-time (10-20 hours a week).
Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Manage and support various stages of the recruitment lifecycle for technical (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Mechanical Engineers) and sales roles (e.g., Account Executives, Sales Managers).
  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, job boards, and referrals.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for open positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, ideal candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity within our ATS.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive market conditions to provide valuable insights to the talent team and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
