Contract Recruiter We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis, beginning with a 6-month contract, to support hiring across both Technical and Commercial / Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. From day one, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver talent primarily across Product, Engineering, and Data, with additional support for Commercial and GTM roles including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations. This role reports to the Lead Recruiter and is a key contributor to our People Operations team during a critical growth phase. What you’ll do Support full-cycle recruiting across Technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and Commercial/GTM roles (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer-facing teams) Work closely with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and interview plans Assist in building and maintaining candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and outreach Gain exposure to recruiting for both technical and GTM roles, learning how to assess different candidate profiles Leverage ATS, CRM tools, AI-enabled sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes Partner with People Operations to ensure a smooth candidate experience, from first touch through onboarding Support inclusive hiring practices and contribute to strengthening Rain’s employer brand This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is excited to learn, grow, and develop foundational recruiting skills in a fast-paced environment Who you are 1–3 years of recruiting or talent coordination experience, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment; agency recruiting experience is a plus Exposure to hiring across Technical and/or Commercial/GTM roles (for example: Software Engineering, Product, Data, Sales, BDR, or Marketing) Comfortable navigating technical conversations and assessing role requirements across different functions Comfortable engaging with candidates and supporting offer processes, with a desire to continue building closing skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative while working under guidance and direction Curious and adaptable, with an interest in understanding how hiring priorities shift as the business evolves Passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams Motivated to grow as a recruiter and gain hands-on experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple functions Nice to have Experience using Ashby ATS Experience working in both scaling startups and larger tech organizations Who We Are: Rain is filled with people with a deeply rooted passion for our mission, who embrace diversity throughout our global team, and grow personally and professionally. Compensation: US Hourly Range $35–$40 per hour, full-time contract role (40 hours per week) Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position. This role is open to a 6-month contract only with eligibility to convert.
