We are seeking a results-driven Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for specialized Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) roles. This position will play a critical role in building high-performing teams across revenue cycle functions, including but not limited to: Patient Access, Medical Coding, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Denials Management, Credentialing, and Revenue Integrity. The Contract Recruiter will manage the recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning through onboarding, serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, and drive proactive sourcing strategies to attract top RCM talent. This role requires strong industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. What you'll be doing each day: Full Cycle Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level healthcare RCM roles Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and recruitment strategy Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-demand RCM skill sets Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and market insights Lead offer negotiations and manage closing processes Strategic Talent Acquisition Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill RCM roles Provide labor market intelligence and compensation benchmarking insights Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and applicable employment regulations Stakeholder and Team Collaboration Serve as a trusted advisor to operational and executive leadership Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on RCM-specific recruiting strategies Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth candidate transitions Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives Requirements 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or RCM recruiting strongly preferred) Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, WhatsApp, or similar platforms Preferred: Experience recruiting for healthcare staffing agencies or healthcare organizations Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle functions and terminology Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing requirements Experience mentoring junior recruiters Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems Core Competencies Strategic sourcing and talent pipeline development Negotiation and closing skills Relationship management and stakeholder partnership Data-driven decision making Strong written and verbal communication High level of professionalism and discretion Performance Metrics and KPI's Time-to-fill targets for assigned requisitions Quality-of-hire and hiring manager satisfaction Candidate pipeline development for high-volume RCM roles Offer acceptance rates Recruitment process efficiency and compliance adherence
