Responsibilities

HOW TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE?

  • You have a college degree in business administration, hospitality, or a relevant technical field.
  • You have 2-4 years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus).
  • You have strong computer skills and familiarity with current technology.
  • You have excellent command of the English language and French (both written and spoken)
  • You thrive in a changing environment.
  • You deliver impactful experiences consistently.
  • You have after-sales customer service experience (preferred).
  • You have familiarity with Bombardier’s software tools (SAP, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.) (preferred).
  • This position is a 24/7 schedule operations environment, and you are to be ready to work on different shifts and during holidays.
