About the role We’re hiring a Contract Resource Management Coordinator within our Contract Enablement & Business Operations (CEBO) function in Global Business Services (GBS) organization to support the US Oncology Business Excellence (OBEX) team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build skills in contract resource management, process administration, and stakeholder coordination. You’ll manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for outsourced contractors, ensure compliance, and keep work flowing smoothly across multiple systems and teams. You’ll be a go-to partner for project teams—removing friction, coordinating access, tracking key milestones, and maintaining accurate reporting. You’ll also champion process improvements that make every onboarding experience faster, clearer, and more compliant. What you’ll do Lead Contract Resources Administration Ensure the overall program is running effectively and efficiently. Be the primary point of contact and coordination across internal and external groups. Maintain and update process to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Provide ad hoc problem/issue resolution and support as needed including support to Project team. System & Application Access Management Manage access to key systems and software such as SharePoint Online, Email distribution lists, Confluence, Jira, CITRIX, and others. Ensure new starters have timely access, and departing contractors have access revoked as required. Security & Compliance Facilitate security screening and background checks for contractors using approved providers. Ensure all process steps meet internal compliance and documentation standards. Administrative Process Support Lead process for registering new and renewal contract resources, coordinating with internal stakeholders and the external agencies. Process all relevant documentation to support onboarding and offboarding. Administer Statements of Work (SOW) and raise Purchase Requisitions via Coupa. Basic review of Contracts to ensure consistent with AZ standards. Oversee provisioning and decommissioning of devices in collaboration with IT. Lead communication regarding training and onboarding procedures for new starters. Process Improvement & Best Practices Promote and champion best practices. Maintain and update onboarding/offboarding procedures to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Identify and implement process improvements as necessary. Resource Management & Reporting Track assignment end dates and manage renewal processes. Engage with stakeholders to provide updates and support their resource management needs. Maintain reporting on resource activity (counts, product assignment, budget spend). What you’ll learn Foundations of contract resource management across a global, matrixed organization. Procure-to-pay and workforce systems (e.g., Coupa, Utmost). Security and compliance operations, including documentation standards. Cross-functional stakeholder management with exposure to the US OBEX team and GBS operations. Continuous improvement methodologies and practical process design. Qualifications Required 2–3 years in process administration; experience in HR coordination or contractor management is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable coordinating across teams and vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint and Jira or a strong willingness to learn. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams. Desired Understanding of Coupa (enterprise procurement) and Utmost (workforce management). Knowledge of compliance and security screening procedures. Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
