  • You hold a master’s degree in Law;
  • You have previous experience of at least 2–3 years in contract management, preferably in consulting and corporate services firms (e.g., in economic-financial, legal, or IT fields).

  • It will be considered a preferential qualification to have gained expertise in privacy and tech-law, including through specialized courses or master’s programs.

Specifically, by joining the Contract Review Team, a department within the Quality & Risk Management function, as a Contract Specialist in Milan, you will be responsible for providing the highest standards of direct assistance and support to the Leadership and members of the Management Group.

In detail, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysis and review of all commercial contracts (with a specific focus on clients and suppliers) to ensure compliance with regulations and Network policies.
  • Support for the commercial function in negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers.
  • Drafting and updating contractual templates.
  • Monitoring corporate compliance with updates to Italian regulations (Legislative Decree 231/01, Privacy, Legislative Decree 81/08) and Network policies.
