Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description We are looking for a Detail-Oriented Contract Reviewer (m/f/d) to join our global risk management team in Munich,Germany or they can be based anywhere in Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in reviewing contracts, advising management on related risks and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including Professional Services Agreements, NDAs, MSAs and SOWs Support business teams across Europe in negotiations of contracts with clients Conduct comprehensive contract reviews and provide expert advice to senior management on potential risks and legal implications Manage and monitor different types of contracts throughout their lifecycle Work closely with clients and their legal departments to facilitate smooth contract negotiations Conduct thorough compliance checks on all contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards Helping operational teams manage risk, resolve issues efficiently, and accelerate contract completion Support in the change process and post-contract management Develop detailed reports and presentations to inform stakeholders about contract status, risks, and opportunities. Stay up-to-date on changes in contract law and best practices in the industry, and apply this knowledge to improve contract review processes. Qualifications Completed law degree (LL.M,) or equivalent legal qualification/experience Proven experience in legal/contract work such as contract review, redlining, negotiation, preferably in the construction sector or professional services consulting Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) Fluent language skills (oral and written) in English and German Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal documents Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different teams and stakeholders Thorough knowledge of contract law and industry best practices and beneficial to have knowledge of German law Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in fast-paced consulting environment Strong organizational skills and self-motivation Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of contract law and risk management Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
