ABOUT THE ROLE

You serve as a trusted commercial contracts expert within the company, providing guidance and support on a wide range of legal matters. You work closely with senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders to draft and negotiate commercial contracts, manage risks, and support the company’s objectives.

ABOUT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead contract negotiations with partners, customers, and suppliers.
• Identify legal risks and vulnerabilities across the organization and develop strategies to mitigate or minimize them.
• Guide risk management strategies, including insurance coverage, indemnification clauses, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Maintain an active communication channel and respect Group policies, follow Group Legal guidance, and requested Group Legal approval whenever required.
• Work independently on complex legal projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to address the legal implications of business decisions and initiatives.
• Foster a culture of legal compliance and ethics throughout the organization.
• Coordinate the legal department.
• Implement Group Legal Compliance policies and assist other departments in implementing it.
