CONTRACT SALES MANAGER UK

In this role, you’ll represent Muuto, a leading Danish design brand recognized internationally for its modern and thoughtful approach to furniture. You’ll contribute to a company that values design excellence and is well-regarded within the global furniture industry. You should have an established presence in the London A&D community, with a strong network and solid knowledge of the design furniture industry. In this role, you report to our Director of Sales UKI and collaborate with our teams locally and in Copenhagen HQ.

Your key responsibilities

  • Drive growth by developing and expanding accounts in the local market to meet regional sales targets
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with architects & designers (A&D), dealers, and contract partners
  • Take full ownership of the sales process—from initial contact through negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and sales colleagues to support overall business growth
  • Deliver training to sales personnel as needed
  • Host showroom tours and support events in the London showroom

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales or Key Account Manager, preferably within the London contract furniture market
  • Extensive A&D experience with a well-established professional network
  • Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
  • Confident and professional communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, coupled with strong time management abilities
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when necessary
