Description
Description Role Profile: Salesforce Developer (Salesforce Industries) We are recruiting for a Salesforce Developer to join us ASAP for a duration of six months initially. This role is fully remote. Who We Are: AND Digital are a tech company focused on accelerating digital delivery and dedicated to closing the digital skills gap. We’ve been helping organisations build better digital products and stronger digital teams since 2014. We believe our work should always leave a legacy for the client. We do this through close relationships with our offices (or ‘Clubs’) so that our partners are always prioritized by a regional team close to them. This unique model has driven success for our clients and ourselves, evidenced by our remarkable organic growth since 2014. Today we number more than 1,500 people with Clubs all over the UK and Europe with plans for global expansion in the next couple of years. Join us - and help us fulfil our mission to close the world’s digital skills gap. What you’ll bring to the table: About You: As a Salesforce Industries Developer, you will build complex, industry-specific solutions (e.g., Communications, Health, or Financial Services Cloud). Your primary focus is leveraging the OmniStudio suite to create digital-first customer journeys and high-performance data integrations with minimal custom code. Key Responsibilities: • Guided Experiences: Design and build dynamic, branded customer flows using OmniScripts. • UI/UX Development: Create modular, data-driven user interfaces using FlexCards. • Data Orchestration: Configure DataRaptors and Integration Procedures to extract, transform, and load data between Salesforce and external APIs. • Business Logic: Implement industry-specific functionality such as CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Attribute-Based Pricing, or Advanced Approvals. • Performance Tuning: Optimize Integration Procedures to ensure fast UI response times and efficient handling of large data payloads. • Hybrid Development: Use Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) only when declarative OmniStudio tools reach their functional limits. Technical Profile: OmniStudio Mastery: Expert knowledge of OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures. Industry Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with at least one Industry Cloud (e.g., Vlocity/Communications Cloud, Energy & Utilities, or Health Cloud). Web Technologies: Strong understanding of JSON structure, REST APIs, and CSS (for styling FlexCards/OmniScripts). Architectural Logic: Ability to map complex business processes into branching logic and calculation matrices.
