We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Associate to support our QC laboratory within Analytical Sciences. In this hands-on role, you will help manage daily QC lab operations, perform DS/DP release and stability testing, support method lifecycle activities, and ensure high-quality, compliant analytical data to advance our programs. What You’ll Do: Manage the QC Lab in Analytical Sciences: Oversee daily operations in the QC lab, ensuring efficient and compliant testing. Manage stability programs and ensure all testing is completed on time. Manage Test Methods and Related Activities Life Cycle: Conduct method validation and optimization. Ensure proper handling of SOPs, deviations, CAPA, and change control. Perform and oversee DS/DP release testing, characterization and other necessary studies. Documentation and Reporting: Draft and maintain testing protocols, reports, and summaries. Review documents to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Reagent and Equipment Management: Oversee reagent inventory, preparation, and ensure equipment is properly maintained. Ensure reagents and equipment are available and meet required standards. Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field 4–6 years of experience in a GMP QC or analytical lab Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC, ELISA, PCR/qPCR, CE, or similar techniques Strong documentation skills and understanding of cGMP and data integrity Ability to work independently and support cross-functional teams This contract role has an hourly pay rate of $55/hr. We are seeking a candidate who can be onsite at our offices in S. San Francisco. Relocation is not available.
