About the Role We’re looking for Senior Business Analyst contractor to start immediately and be on project until July 2026 and based in New Plymouth. Working closely with our project team to deliver on a major piece of work. About you: Pivotal for success in this team is your commitment to agile principles and practices, along with a passion for driving the customer experience and requirements on technically-lead projects. And of course, a key aspect being your ability to communicate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and seek opportunities to improve their business. Your background: Business analyst with experience delivering enterprise projects Ability to influence stakeholder relationships and drive team performance Development background and/or knowledge of the SDLC Excellent documentation and communication skills An experienced Agile and Scrum practitioner Scrum Master experience preferred What you’ll do: Map and document current and future state processes for water meter data management and billing. Support the design and implementation of tools for bulk data upload, data capture (e.g., ABIA Lite), and automation between systems (TechOne PnR, EAM, etc.). Facilitate workshops with business units to gather requirements for handover and ongoing ownership. Identify and document business requirements for data accuracy, billing sensibility checks, and exception handling. Support the development of training materials and change management plans. Assist with the staged handover process and ensure business units are ready to own and maintain metering data post-project.
