Job Summary: A successful Contract Servicing Manager will acclimate well to Stevens County fast-paced, professional, and caring environment and lead our mission to provide unparalleled customer experience. This position oversees all operations and staff in the Contract Servicing (Long-Term Escrow) Department and is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in every aspect of the department’s work. This role plays a central part in growing the department through strategic outreach and client retention while coaching and developing team members, refining internal processes, and maintaining clear communication across departments and with external clients. The Manager actively cultivates a team culture that aligns with Vista’s values — care, clarity, and cultivation — and models leadership behaviors that reflect our mission in every interaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant account processing Monitor and assess team workload, adjusting resources or workflows to maintain service excellence Develop and implement strategies for departmental growth, client retention, and revenue expansion Maintain expense awareness and pursue cost-saving improvements where appropriate Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to staff; conduct annual performance reviews and routine one-on-ones Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services, expand market presence, and develop business relationships Engage in client recruitment and retention through professional outreach and networking Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily, monthly, and year-end reporting Oversee monthly bank reconciliations, audit preparation, and tax/insurance/HOA disbursements Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client experience Serve as point of escalation for complex or sensitive issues; resolve matters with discretion and professionalism Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and best practices Foster positive working relationships with clients, vendors, lenders, escrow teams, and other departments Maintain confidentiality and safeguard all client and transaction data Represent the department in leadership meetings and contribute to broader organizational initiatives Perform other duties as assigned Job Type & Location Full-time, hourly, non-exempt. This is a 40-hour per week position, days and hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, located at 280 S. Oak Street, Colville, WA 99114.
