Key Responsibilities: - Execute high-quality exterior remodeling projects, including installations and repairs of siding. - Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a siding installer or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of siding materials and installation techniques. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: 3+ year of experience in construction or exterior remodeling is required. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains. Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
