JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a remote position.
With exciting new client wins, REBORN is looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager to join our team up-to 3 days per week. We’re a creative media agency built on pace, performance, and passion, partnering with FMCG, tourism, wellness, fashion, and beauty brands to create work that resonates and performs.
This role is perfect for someone who blends social creative content instincts with performance smarts, someone who can develop strategy, shape content, and build engaging social presences that consumers love. You’ll work closely with our account and creative teams to deliver thumb-stopping content, manage day-to-day channels, and ensure our clients stand out across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and beyond.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience managing social content and strategy for brands, ideally in an agency setting
  • Proven portfolio of fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content. You know how to help brands connect to consumers
  • Strong creative instincts and copywriting skills, with an eye for what makes content engaging and shareable
  • Hands-on platform knowledge across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Data-driven approach, able to translate performance metrics into creative improvements
  • Experience briefing and collaborating with designers, creators, or influencers on social-first content
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working across multiple brands
Responsibilities
  • Lead the content strategy and planning for multiple fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Develop and oversee the production of social-first content: copy, imagery, video, UGC integration, and trend-led creative ideas
  • Partner with designers, creators, and editors to bring content concepts to life, ensuring they are on-brand and performance-optimised
  • Manage social channels day-to-day: scheduling, engagement, and community conversations
  • Track performance and compile monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with the paid media team to ensure organic and paid content work hand in hand
  • Contribute to pitches, campaign concepts, and creative workshops with a social-first lens
  • Stay ahead of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content trends — from TikTok sound memes to new Instagram formats — and bring fresh ideas to the table
