As a Contract Sourcer at Sully.ai, you'll be responsible for: Source creatively, identifying and engaging exceptional technical and non-technical talent across traditional and unconventional channels. Craft personalized messages that resonate with top-tier builders and operators. Generate a pipeline of high-caliber leads, ensuring recruiters and hiring managers have a steady stream of top talent. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: Early-stage experience sourcing or recruiting for pre-Series B startups (YC-backed preferred). A bias for action, operating autonomously and unblocking yourself without waiting for direction.
