MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years in procurement or IT contract management
• Strong experience with IT sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiations
• Proficiency with SAP and Icertis

• Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts for IT software, hardware, and services
• Handle procurement activities: sourcing, contract negotiation, invoice resolution, and supplier management
• Support compliance with company contracting standards and legal requirements
• Develop and manage Master Agreements and commercial strategies
• Resolve contract issues (e.g., pricing, delivery, quality)
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure contract accuracy and alignment
