JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Trade Contract Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of trade contracts within the organization. This role involves negotiating, drafting, and ensuring compliance with contract terms to mitigate risks and optimize value for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law, exceptional negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of international trade regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in contract management is a plus.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or operation in trading companies.
  • Experience in a trading company legal department
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles, with a focus on drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Pay: From 361,614.00Ft per month

  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, performance, and risks to senior management.
