JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and facilitating negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess strong business management skills and have experience with contract management systems such as PeopleSoft and DocuSign. You will play a critical role in supporting our organizational goals through effective contract administration and negotiation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Law, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in contract management or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems such as Salesforce and PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for the organization’s interests effectively.
  • Excellent research skills to analyze legal documents and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
