Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Essity is looking for an experienced Contract Specialist who will be responsible for the administration of all support data / additional data required to be provided for customers related to service and logistics set up and public tenders additional data support.
The ideal candidate should/could live in Charlotte, NC.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coordinate administrative and membership-related activities across multiple countries and sales organizations.
  • Act as a super user for tools and processes; support onboarding and mentoring of new coordinators.
  • Manage membership rosters, Class of Trade data, and Letters of Commitment to support accurate pricing and tier alignment.
  • Process GPO price activations and ensure member eligibility based on business criteria.
  • Respond to pricing and membership inquiries from field reps, distributors, and customer service teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve blocked orders, set up new contracts, and maintain accurate Trade Org data.
  • Maintain KPI tracking tools, report membership changes, and support rebate discrepancy resolution.
