JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and fostering strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management, along with excellent organizational skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance management, intellectual property law, and legal drafting.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with records management practices and document review processes.
  • Ability to develop proposals and engage in technical writing as necessary.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems such as PeopleSoft for contract administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration across teams.
