Description
We are looking for Contract Specialist to join our office in Prishtina. Quipu is the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group and provides comprehensive end-to-end solutions for all ProCredit institutions, as well as for other banks and financial institutions This includes everything from electronic payment services to software systems, hybrid cloud hosting, and a host of other operations. A 100% subsidiary of ProCredit Holding, Quipu was established in March 2004 and is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Quipu plays a central role within the ProCredit group, providing a comprehensive range of support services that enable the banks to become competitive and efficient. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and amend IT services agreements, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and related contractual documents with vendors and customers. • Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal, and termination. • Review contractual terms to identify commercial, operational, and risk-related issues. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Legal, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Finance) during contract review and approval processes. • Participate in contract negotiations and assist in resolving contractual queries with vendors and customers. • Ensure contracts align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and group standards. • Track contract milestones, obligations, and renewal deadlines to ensure timely action. • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation within the contract management system. • Support internal audits and reporting related to contractual matters.
