The Contract Specialist of Real Estate and Other Legal Matters provides review, analysis, and revision of contracts for Franciscan. In this role you will assist with contract negotiations, lease abstraction, facilitates contract discussions, prepare final contract drafts and obtain signatures from authorized parties. This role also coordinates and maintains the contract filing system, monitors contracts for renewal or expiration dates, and advises contracting authorities accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s Degree - Preferred
• High School Diploma/GED - Required
• 3 years Real Estate Experience Required
• 3 years Contracts - Preferred
• 2 years Lease Administration Software - Preferred
