Key Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between the company and customers by responding to inquiries, managing orders, and resolving complaints. Review and release new contracts and modifications. Monitor test and delivery schedules to ensure contract compliance. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, production, purchasing, and shipping teams to ensure contract requirements and delivery timelines are met. Maintain accurate contract records throughout the contract lifecycle.
