Description

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

At WellLink, every connection creates change.
We are connected by purpose and driven by impact — working together to advance the medical, social, and economic well-being of the communities we serve.
When you join WellLink, you become part of a team that believes in something bigger than ourselves: creating real, lasting impact in the lives of those around us. We’re currently looking for a Contract Specialist to join our team and help us move our mission forward. In this role you’ll help us deliver exceptional value to our members through strategic sourcing and contract management.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 2–3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze and interpret contract terms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • A solid understanding of procurement best practices and industry regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis), to support contract tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Ability to travel during regular business hours, overnight or on weekends.

We value passion and purpose above all.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Negotiate and Manage Contracts: Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of vendor agreements to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Drive Sourcing Initiatives: Manage RFx and bid processes, analyze proposals, and maintain a robust contract pipeline.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify new contract opportunities and meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure Contract Accuracy: Maintain organized, up-to-date contract records and documentation.
  • Conduct Market Research: Stay informed on pricing trends and competitive landscapes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Enhance Processes: Contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined contract management practices.

Your work will help us build stronger communities and bring our purpose to life.
