Job Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for assisting team head in various logistical and administrative support for training projects, workshops, and events, including but not limited to assisting in the preparation of training materials, venue setup, and participant communications, supporting trainers and facilitators during live sessions. Job Requirements: * Diploma or above, preferably in Business Studies or relevant disciplines * Minimum 3 years working experience in training administration * Self-motivated, attention to details and be able to work under pressure * Able to work independently with good organizing skills * Good computer skills and familiar with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Photoshop * Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) We offer 5-day work week and attractive remuneration package.
