Ashridge Group have a new opportunity: We are seeking Event Security Officers to join our events team at Milton Keynes Theatre. We work with the theatre to provide Event Security Officers who have excellent customer service skills and can enhance the customer experience of visiting the theatre.
This vacancy is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the forefront of the company, the face of an organization. You’ll be at the heart of the customer journey - welcoming guests, managing footfall, and delivering outstanding customer service.

AN SIA LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION!

Note: we are also looking for people to join us part time and fill in shifts when you are available. Shifts are typically 4-5 hours long.
Location: Milton Keynes MK9
Hours: Varied hours depending when the shows are, however they are typically evening and weekend shows with one or two matinee shows a week. You can select how many shifts you want to cover whether this be 5 days a week or a couple of shifts in a month.
PAYE rate: £13.50 per hour

• Welcoming guests to the theatre
• bag searches
• providing instructions to the guests of where to go
• Front of house duties
• site foot patrols when the shows are on
• Ensuring the guests have an enjoyable visit
• Reporting all Health and Safety concerns
• Protecting the client’s property from any damage, vandalism or theft
