We are currently seeking a Contract Support Specialist to join our CEI team and provide vital support to roadway and infrastructure projects. Education & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent required With a degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management: No prior experience required Without a degree: Four (4) years of CEI project-related support experience (e.g., MAC input, progress/final estimates, EEO compliance, construction contract changes), or Two (2) years of 3D Modeling and CADD experience Qualifications CTQP Final Estimates Level II certification required Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency with office software, project documentation systems, and ability to quickly learn specialized programs (e.g., Trimble Business Center - Heavy Construction Edition or equivalent) Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound technical decisions related to project documentation and contract support Familiarity with FDOT or similar Department procedures covering contract compliance, estimates, and documentation Knowledge of survey data preparation, surface-to-surface comparisons, and generating accurate earthwork quantities a plus Key Responsibilities Provide contract and project support, including MAC input, progress/final estimates, compliance tracking, and contract change processing Manage project documentation with accuracy and in accordance with Department and CEI requirements Review and verify survey data and design surfaces for accuracy and completeness in software systems Generate and validate earthwork quantities using approved software Assist project teams with EEO compliance reporting and recordkeeping Exercise independent judgment in planning work details and resolving project support issues Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and project managers to ensure seamless communication and compliance Why STV?
