Responsibilities

This Talent Acquisition Coordinator position provides administrative support to the Recruitment Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the Recruitment Team & Field Leadership to support candidates during their application process
  • Utilization of Data entry and Reporting
  • Outreach directly to candidates via email or phone on a daily/weekly basis
  • Utilization of DaVita systems and reports to access confidential candidate information
  • Adapting and adjusting as priorities change throughout the day/week
  • Ability to drive results within a remote setting
