CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

• Draft, negotiate, review, and finalize contracts
• Manage post-award activities, including variations, extensions, and claims.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure deliverables, KPIs, and timelines are met.
• Maintain contract documentation and version control.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and risk awareness
• Project management skills
• Ability to interpret legal and technical documents
