Location: Germany or DACH region preferred, or within Europe

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Located in France or elsewhere in Europe with the ability to work remotely.
  • Fluency in Germany and English is mandatory.
  • Passion for sports, particularly basketball.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively while being part of an international team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Following up with inbound leads (e.g., coaches, trainers, basketball clubs) who have requested information via our website.
  • Cold calling basketball coaches, trainers, clubs, and programs throughout France to introduce Dr. Dish Basketball products.
  • Building genuine interest in Dr. Dish Basketball and managing quality leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Following up with current customers to gather testimonials, referrals, and user-generated content (UGC) for social media campaigns.
  • Managing the sales process through our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Answering inbound phone calls, website chats, and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Drafting quotes, negotiating pricing, and closing deals.
  • Collaborating with the Business Development Manager and Director of Business Development to meet and exceed personal and company sales goals.
  • Achieving a minimum average quota of 50-60 calls per day while maintaining high energy and positivity.
  • Providing feedback and ideas to grow both personally and professionally and to support the company’s mission
  • ​.Possible travel to limited events; Coaches Clinics, Customer Onboarding, Content Shoots, Tournaments, Promotional Events, etc. Less than 10-15% of time.
