Role Highlights Anticipated Start Date: 1/15/26 Compensation: $120 per Evaluation Employment Type: Contracted, minimum of 10 hours of weekly availability Location: In-Home Visits Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations Deliver personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques Engage clients and families in collaborative care planning Work closely with our Director of Clinical Operations to share findings and support process improvement initiatives Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic system Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active, unencumbered OT license 2+ years of clinical experience Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Proficiency with technology and digital documentation Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team More About Compensation Contractors are paid on a monthly basis, within 2 weeks of the previous month’s end. We pay per completed evaluation - this includes: Travel to/from client’s home The evaluation itself Documentation If needed, we will pay additionally for extended travel - we will always discuss and approve ahead of time
