Accenture is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support Avanade Netherlands and Belgium as sole counsel in country. Here you will be part of the Gallia (Belgium, France & the Netherlands) team and join the welcoming and efficient EME (Europe & Middle East) Legal Team. You will shape and negotiate client arrangements, guide our business stakeholders on legal and commercial risks associated with transactions and suggest mitigating actions. You will also help Delivery and Business leadership to manage existing contracts with clients, requiring a solid understanding of legal obligations and their implications, along with a command of principled negotiation. The lawyers work on a wide range of local, EME and global matters, varying from contracting, administrative law, employment, compliance, entity management, intellectual property and privacy, to disputes or litigation, marketing and mergers and acquisitions. We seamlessly work with our Legal Teams in the Americas and APAC, driven by the desire to problem solve once across the globe, making this a truly international team.
You will have the ability to work remotely and from our office in Amsterdam to meet the local legal team and your contacts in person.
You will be part of the EME Legal team which collaborates across twelve distinct legal jurisdictions to provide an experience that simultaneously reflects consistency across EME. Our EME team is famous for its rich knowledge-sharing and supportive teamwork.
