We’re hiring an experienced Contracting Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start through closeout. This role requires strong project leadership and hands-on experience with concrete construction. What You’ll Do Manage commercial construction projects from planning to completion Oversee schedules, budgets, and project resources Coordinate subcontractors and on-site field teams Ensure quality standards and safety compliance on all jobs Communicate clearly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams Handle project closeout, documentation, and reporting Experience managing commercial construction projects Concrete construction background (required) Strong scheduling, budgeting, and coordination skills Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities Clear, professional client communication Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Stable pipeline of commercial projects Supportive, team-oriented work environment
