Department Supply Chain & Commercials. Position Contractor Compliance Officer Location Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan Qualification Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field (preferred). Experience Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in contractor compliance, risk management, procurement, or related roles, preferably within mining or construction industries. Requirements Sound knowledge of local laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to contractor compliance. Strong observational, auditing, and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Damstra onboarding system and SAP Ariba (advantageous). Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a site-based environment. Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English; proficiency in Urdu or Balochi will be an advantage. Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure contractor compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and legal requirements. Monitor and report contractor adherence to compliance standards. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Procurement, Legal, HSE, Security, HR, Operations, Finance, and Project teams. Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate documentation for management review. Coordinate contractor compliance training and awareness sessions. Identify non-compliance issues and follow up on corrective action plans. Support investigations related to contractor non-conformance incidents. Maintain up-to-date records of contractor compliance status and certifications.
Responsibilities
