The Contract Driver will be responsible for the efficient delivery of our products ensuring that the procedures adhere to Company standards.

• Ensure total compliance to all Company policies, processes and procedures, including WH&S and Environmental policies and SOP’s.
• Participate in training programs offered by the Company
• Build long term customer relationships by adding value to their business and ensuring high standards of customer service
• Service valet customers according to the set schedule, either monthly or fortnightly
• Unpack products into customer cupboards / stationery areas
• Ensure all packaging materials are removed and products are put away in order to maintain a neat and tidy cupboard / stationery area
• Provide information to Account Managers on customer feedback and key opportunities, also keeping them informed on service level changes.
• Inventory Management – identify stock levels that may require adjustment and report to the counter / Valet team
• Handle minor issues raised by customer
