Ideal Experience

• General indoor and outdoor cleaning
• Intermediate Computer skills
• Hand tools such as skill saws, table saws, jig saw (as examples)
• Ability to read and follow assembly directions
• Can work independently or with a team
• Driver’s License
• 0-2 years entry-level or office store type work
• Must have a valid CDL license
• US Citizen or US Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
• Will perform general janitorial duties as assigned
• Needs to be able to do physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. in a two-person lift

• Proficient with a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to fill out and maintain maintenance and work performed records
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in a facilities or similar setting
• A growth mindset

• Maintain facilities to local standards
• Work with Supervisor to create ongoing maintenance and preventative maintenance plans
• Work with production teams to make sure large equipment such as forklifts are in good working order and for use
• Keep all facilities areas neat and clean to include some basic outdoor and indoor maintenance such as clearing walkways, blowing off leaves from entries, sweep, dust, and Zamboni the manufacturing floors.
• Work with supervisor to transport tools and equipment from building to building.
• Manage facilities inventory and monitors equipment calibration or maintenance needs
• Support office manager as needed
• The employee may frequently be required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms.
• Other facilities work as directed by supervisor
